Shipping policy

Handling time: We normally process orders within 1–3 business days. During promotional periods, handling time may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time: Depending on the shipping method and country of origin, delivery usually takes 7–45 business days. Express delivery (if available) typically takes 2–7 business days. Delivery time is counted from when the item leaves the supplier’s warehouse.

Tracking: When your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are available in your order and via email.

Costs: Free standard shipping applies unless otherwise stated. Express options cost extra and are displayed at checkout.

Customs & import: Import duties or VAT may apply. The customer is responsible for any such fees if they occur.
