Refund policy

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the day you receive the item. To request a return or refund, contact us and provide your order number, the item in question, and a brief reason for the return.

Since our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, returns and refunds are handled in cooperation with the supplier through our system. In practice, this means:

  • If a return is required according to the supplier’s rules, we will provide clear instructions on how to send the item back to the address required by the supplier.

  • Returns are often only approved if the item is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the description, and the supplier may require proof (e.g., photos).

Complaints (defective/damaged item)
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or does not match the product description, send photo evidence and your order number to us as soon as possible. We will then contact the supplier and handle the complaint according to their guidelines. If the complaint is approved, you will receive a refund or replacement item in accordance with the supplier’s return policy.

Return due to change of mind
If you change your mind about a product that is intact, unused, and in its original packaging, we can submit a return request. However, the supplier must approve the return shipping (this is not always guaranteed for international deliveries). In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, or the return may not be possible under the supplier’s rules.

Refunds
Once a return or complaint has been approved by the supplier and the return is completed, the refund will be processed in the system. Refunds are usually completed within 7–14 days after the supplier approves the case and will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect according to the supplier’s policy, we or the supplier usually cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you return an item due to a change of mind, you may, in some cases, be responsible for return shipping according to the supplier’s terms.
